Classes begin at Mars Hill Baptist Church's Gym on Wednesday, May 2. 2012

 All Holy Yoga classes are just $5.00 per month and a small toy donation brought to each class to help fill shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Please bring a mat, and a toy donation to each class. New students need to arrive 15 minutes early.

Holy Yoga Level 1-2

Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00—10:00 AM (Ladies Only)

Sundays, 3:30—4:30 PM (Co-Ed Family, kids ages 10 and up with an adult)

Fundamental postures in a more up-beat class with an emphasis on strength, alignment and perseverance.

Holy Yoga Gentle—Mondays, 6:00—7:00 PM (Ladies Only)

Soft and slow exploration of postures and breath. Some movement.

Great for beginners or just as an opportunity to let God's grace in. All levels welcome.

Holy Yoga Sculpt—Fridays, 9:00—10:00 AM (Co-Ed)

Immerse yourself to explore your edge, discover your spirit and awaken your spirit.

Be prepared to move, sweat, stretch deeply and breathe into a powerful physical challenge yet at the same time this practice will open you up to feeling gratitude, peace and joy. Hand weights are weaved into some of the yoga poses aimed to tone and sculpt all major muscle groups. Bring between 2lb-5lb hand weights to class.

This class can be a Level 1-2 class if you choose not to bring weights.
